This plugin allows you to use the special 'FileEncryptDecrypt.html' file in the WebInterface folder to force a file to either get encrypted or decrypted without having to bother transferring the file through CrushFTP again.  In general, just transfer the file back through CrushFTP to decrypt a file.  This plugin is here for certain people who needed a different way to do this.
