We suggest some basic customizations such as the screenshot shows on this user. Definitely set a limit on the expiration days because this will be used as the retention policy for the shared files.

Now add the button to the user's account, or to the default user so everyone gets the new tool.

That should be it. Files shared via the AttachmentRedirector are like normal shares the user creates. They can manage them through the normal Manage Shares button in their WebInterface.
