You can define custom email templates to be used in the user manager here. These are mainly welcome messages, or account information templates you would send to a user when you first create their account, or reset their password.
This is also used for handling job failures in a generic way. Handling Job Failures
Add new attachment
Only authorized users are allowed to upload new attachments.
