You can enable a setting to reveal what protocol a user is using for their VFS items. Sometimes this can be helpful for the user to know what kind of VFS they are working with. For example, S3 versus a local SSD will have difference performance expectations.
In general we do not recommend enabling this feature as it potentially is telling and end user more than they need to know, but we let you decide on this yourself.
Set the flag "reveal_vfs_protocol_end_user" to true in prefs.XML file.
Set the wi customization "Reveal VFS protocol to the end user" to true in the User Manager user profile you want this enabled for (or default user for everyone.)
